Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 July 2026ATI is a market-analysis and educational tool. It does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or trade execution.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Amber Trading Intelligence (ATI), operated by Dzintars Kalnins of 49 Toronto Road, Bristol, BS7 0JS, United Kingdom. Contact: useatiinfo@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using ATI, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The ATI service
ATI processes market data and rules-based indicators to provide scores, condition labels, charts, watchlists, portfolio monitoring and example trading plans. Outputs may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate. Features and supported instruments may change.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Accounts may not be shared, resold or used to disrupt, copy, reverse engineer or misuse ATI.
4. Trials, plans and payments
ATI offers a 14-day trial and monthly Essential and Pro subscriptions. Where paid checkout is enabled, the price, currency and billing frequency are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payment and billing management are provided through Stripe; ATI does not store full card details.
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless checkout or mandatory law states otherwise. Access and saved-data behaviour are shown in ATI. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid services.
6. Acceptable use
You must not access ATI unlawfully, introduce malicious code, overwhelm the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or redistribute substantial content, bypass plan limits, or use ATI to infringe another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
ATI’s software, design, branding, analysis structure and original content belong to the operator or applicable licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use ATI for lawful personal purposes. Third-party market data remains subject to its provider’s rights and terms.
8. Financial decisions and losses
You remain solely responsible for investment and trading decisions. Markets can move rapidly and you may lose some or all capital. Read the Risk Disclaimer before using ATI outputs.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, ATI is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on market outputs, third-party data errors, market movements, user-entered data, or events outside reasonable control.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, serious or repeated breach, unlawful use or protection of other users. You may stop using ATI and request account deletion by contacting us.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
